Dr Zhang Dan Group: Assistant Research Officer
Research
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic research team. Our research focus is on understanding the functions of endomembrane contacts using fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe and on applying basic findings to studies of human fungal pathogens (C. albicans and C. aruis), aiming to develop strategies for disease prevention. The successful candidate will support maintaining lab infrastructure and research studies.
Requirements:
- MSc / BSc (Honors) in Biological Sciences or related fields
- Experience with protein work or lipid biology is an advantage
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Interested in science and willingness to pursue graduate study is preferred
