Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory (TLL) and the National Medical Microbiology Laboratory Network (NMMLN) under the Cambodia’s Ministry of Health have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on 26 March 2013, to embark on a technical cooperation to develop capabilities in the area of laboratory biorisk management of emerging infectious diseases.
